Who we are

SH Creative Studio is an independent creative marketing agency, led by our founder and creative director. For anything related to this policy or your data, write to info@shcreative.studio.

What this site collects

The contact form asks for your name, email address, company, and project details. Submitting it sends that information to the studio inbox as an email — nothing is stored in a database on this site. For abuse protection, the server briefly holds your connection's IP address in memory to limit repeated submissions; it is not written to any store and clears automatically. Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure keeps standard technical logs (IP address, request time, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party embeds, and no fingerprinting. Fonts and media are served from this site's own domain. If that ever changes — for example, if analytics are added — this policy will be updated and consent requested where the law requires it.

How your information is used

Contact form submissions are used for one thing: reading your inquiry and replying with a proposal or answer. Your details are not sold, rented, or shared with anyone beyond the email delivery provider that transports the message, and they are not added to any mailing list without your explicit request. The email provider that carries these messages may process them on servers outside your country.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as they remain relevant to a working relationship or a legal obligation. If you want an inquiry deleted, email us and it will be removed.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what information the studio holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion. One email to info@shcreative.studio is enough.

Changes to this policy

Any change to how this site handles data will be reflected on this page, with the effective date below updated accordingly.
